Sunday Stretch
Sunday Stretch is a unique community event that promotes active, healthy and free spaces for people of all ages and abilities to walk, bike, play and run.
Renfrew County has 21 provincial parks and more than six million acres of pristine rolling hills, waterways and spectacular landscapes. It is our natural spaces, extensive roads, trails and waterways that are the foundation for affordable active lives and healthy communities.
This summer Renfrew County is expanding our version of Ciclovia, Sunday Stretch, to promote active, healthy living and showcase the natural beauty of Renfrew County. This event creates safe, fun and car-free places for everyone to get outside and get active.
Thanks to our 2010 sponsors, Sunday Stretch will be offered in more than 8 communities across the County
